This is a very nice hotel. It’s clean, the maintenance staff is excellent, helpful and friendly. The location is the best. The gym is much better than what it’s shown in the pictures. It has nice equipment and is very clean. The con is that there is no elevator from the parking structure but they provide nice staff that helps with the bags. And, the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that internet was really bad: it was very slow and spotty! Thank you for the stay and the maintenance department including all the staff and supervisor.

The power went out during our stay and the hotel refused to refund us despite there being no lift and it being on the 11th floor and there being no power the lift didn’t work (I had a 2 year old baby). I think this is a common issue with the hotel.

Hotellet ligger så centralt det kan ligga , den är bredvid alla sevärdheter på promenadavstånd (5-10 min ) , och ifall man behöver åka kommunalt finns metro i närheten . Många väldigt bra restauranger och caféer i närheten (5-10 min promenadväg). Livligt område men tyst på hotellet . Helt ok pol och bastu . Vänlig personal som pratar bra engelska . Personalen hjälper till att boka taxi vb . Ända nackdelen ( småsaker ) är att det inte finns strykjärn på rummet , ibland svårt att kontrollera AC , och att de tar betalt att byta sängkläder ( daglig vardaglig städning ingår ), samt något dålig internetuppkoppling. För övrigt så rekommenderar jag hotellet varmt . ifall jag skulle besöka Yerevan åter kommer jag att bo på samma hotell igen tvekan !!!!10/10 poäng
