"Firstly, the staff are the friendliest people I have ever met, they truly went beyond what I have come to expect throughout my travels. Our room was amazing and had all the amenities you could ask for. If I ever stay in Yilan again, I’ll come back here."

I think it doubles as a sauna, there is heating for bathroom. Not sure. McDonalds breakfast! Had to take off outside shoes before going up. Evidence of previous family in room, since wall still had crayon markings on wall D: Great for family and couples. Cutesy design of room and amenities. I like dolphins and whales! Overall good rating."

"服務人員都很親切有耐心；附設早餐好吃；房間乾淨，廁所和浴缸也很乾淨，但是一進房都是殘留下來的煙味，二手煙味道蠻重的，實在是美中不足"

"Huge, clean room with a great view of the city and mountains. The lights at night were particularly beautiful. Delicious breakfast in the morning that had a good amount of local dishes that shouldn’t be missed. Quick Uber ride to Luodong Night Market that has to be a stop during your time here. Loved the hotel. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Yilan. "
