Meets the standard IBIS user experience. The front desk staff were friendly and we were able to use the Grand Mercer facilities next door which was a pleasant surprise.overall, it offered great value.

Convenient to go to Malioboro and for buying small groceries, affordable meals. Hotel is at the back of the fancier Mercure hotel, a bit dated but the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered variety. However, the towels were gray and thinning, there were stains on the bathroom walls, but worse of all was the pool that was surrounded by tarpaulin walls and not at all like the pictures.

The staff are amazing. BUT. There is a smoking section of the hotel and the pipes connect, so I had to keep my fan on in my bathroom (which meant also the light) constantly to pull the cigarette smoke that was coming through the pipes out of my room. One night before I did that I was WOKEN UP BY COUGHING, it was that thick in my room, three floors away from the smoking floors. Even next to the pool people just smoke and drop their butts on the ground. The hotel should be non-smoking, of course. There are also these terrible "perfume" things in the elevators that squirt out disgusting artificial smells. And none of the room windows open. However the staff was absolutely amazing. So kind and considerate and helpful.

Nice clean hotel with very attentive staff

Hotel is clean modern and comfortable. Decent gym and good pool. Wifi could be better. Staff is extremely attentive and kind. They greet you by your name every time. On the first morning a staff member asked if I thought breakfast could be improved in any way. After thinking about it I said it would be nice to have pineapple. She personally brought pineapple to my table every morning. Great and sincere touch. Only negative I found about this place is the mosque blasting a call to prayer at 5AM, it sure woke me up.

コンパクトで快適なホテル

アンバルクモプラザに近いホテルということで、選択をしましたが、残念ながら近くはありませんでした。タクシーを利用して、初乗りの25000rpを支払いました。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　部屋はイビスの特徴なのかコンパクトで、シャワールームもゆとりがあります。 ただ、部屋着や櫛、髭剃りの用意がないので、持参しなくてはいけません。 朝食をいただきましたが、食べられそうなものは少なく、デザートのゼリーはおいしかったです。 朝食会場になっている１階は夜はお酒が飲めます。ただ、ハッピーアワーと看板にありながら、割引はありませんでした。不愉快でしたが・・・・。

Wonderful service

I have stayed for 5 nights and I loved it! The staffs made my first Yogyakarta trip more convenient. They are really helpful and truly serve with service minds. I am very appreciated! The room was clean, the bed was comfy and it suited well for a solo traveller.

Staffs are active and nice

The performance of the staffs here make us expressed. They are active, patient and nice. They provides the service of ordering Ramanyana show ticket and rent scooters. In the morning, we have not told them we would like to rent a scooter, they called us to checked( when we checked in, we ask some questions about the renting scooter). When they saw us cross the road, the guard helps us to stop the car. We would like to try some traditional dish, the staff did not fore us to have food in the hotel, they proposed some good restaurants. The breakfast is amazing, there are west type and the traditional Indonesian breakfast. If you do not know howto have them, the staffs are nice and patient to explain.
