The male manager was very polite, helpful, and patient even after a long day getting lost trying to find the hotel and though I put a special request in I never gotten a respond back from the hotel. But they were very flexible, although some of the front desk didn’t understand English but good thing the male manager was there and remember our keys to our car. I almost got scared that I was not be able to get my car key back.

No place to hang up clothes (two hangers). Too much outside noise. No control of the heat in our room - we were both cold during the early morning hours. Only one small window to the outside. Not enough room for our suitcases.

Room had extensive mold, toilet not private, bad
The hotel was in a good location near the bus terminal. The lobby was beautiful with nice furniture. The room wasn't good at all. The toilet room had only partially frosted glass on the swinging saloon door making the toilet completely visible from almost all positions in the room. The shower was moldy on the floor and ceiling, not a small amount of mold but a lot. The bathtub itself was peeling in the tub part. We found a used "warming oil" by the tub water spigot leading me to believe that there was no cleaning done. I would never recommend this hotel, they should be ashamed of spending so much money on a nice lobby and not spending enough time or money on basic cleaning especially during covid.

Got called twice to check out after the first night when I had booked for two nights, only would give me one room key , the place was nice though and the guy when I checked out was very friendly. It's kinda roll the dice with who you get at the front desk

The hotel offers valet parking on the parking tower, but once it is parked it is difficult to go back to the car.

Cons and Pros
This hotel the price is good, the staff is nice and the design of the hotel is nice. But there are several points I don't like. First , the hotel is so hard to find out in Waze, we were directed by Waze into a wilderness first and it took us long time to find this hotel. Second the bed is too hard , we felt our bodies got hurt to sleep in the bed , both of us felt strong backache after one night sleeping. If the hotel can change the bed into a little bit soft bed, it will be better. Third, the parking lot is too small and limited.

First and the last time.
Me and my family went to everland for a hollyday.I have booked for one night two rooms PREMIER TWIN ROOM and DELUXE ROOM. What you will read in prev.negative comments is all true. We have got two SMOKING rooms instead of non-smoking. No toothbrush and hand soaps. Furniture is outdated and you can describe it as "wear and tear" there was a dust on it in both rooms. More over in DELUXE room the wall paper in one place was teared off, bath tap was leaking, coffee cup was dirty with a coffee stain on it.. We have checked in at 21:00 after visiting the everland. My family was tired and exhausted so we didnt change the rooms..But for sure for us this is a First and the Last time in this hotel.

It was a fine economic option. Not bad for what you pay. Cons: I was in the "non-smoking" room but it was obvious that people had smoked there. They also provide ashtray and claim it to be a non-smoking room. Had to ask for a handsoap as it was missing. Some staff were very kind and good, a few were not.

A hotel better than expected :)
Hotel Cinema is conveniently next to Yongin Bus Terminal and Yongin EverLine so it is easy to arrive from Incheon International Airport and travel to EverLand Theme park. There is an aircon in the room but being winter, opening the window slightly is enough and the room is still warm enough to sleep soundly through the night. However, there is no available electricity outlet to charge our phones and the TV is rather difficult to navigate. Overall, value for money :)

Convenience hotel
Opposite Yongin Bus Terminal and easy access with the public bus terminal to everland which just outside of the hotel. Amazingly big room with the sound system connected with the computer which we could play music for the entire room. Separated toilet and bath shower and bathtub are fantastic. Clean room with adjustable height of the bed (which really weird anyway, more like the kind of hospital bed adjustment for the head and legs parts). The only bad thing was the staffs are hard to communicate with English or Chinese, they only more understanding with korean.

조금더 신경 쓰셔야 할듯..
일단 방이 좁아서인지 테이블이 없더군요. 아내와 술 한잔 하려는데 테이블이 없다보니 화장실 앞 바닥에 앉아서 마셨습니다. 욕실 샤워기는 물이 세어 씻는데 사방에 물이 튀더군요. 기본적인 건 수시로 체크해서 서비스 해야 하는건 아닐런지요~

It was good. Just that there should be toothbrushes and toothpaste which is normally provided but there was none. The pillow case was torn when we arrived. But otherwise it was clean.

모든 부분이 적당 합니다~
용인에서 가족숙박은 거의 에버랜드라고 봐야하죠. 잠자는 시간 외에는 외부에 있기에 크게 불편함 없었습니다. 청결부분에서 조금 아쉬운게 있었지만 용납이 안되는 정도는 아니고요. 적당한 거리에 적당한 숙박시설 적당한 응대 입니다.

첫 인상은 아주 무뚝뚝한 안내였는데 그 이후는 꽤 신경 쓰는 말투여서 조금 맘이 풀렸어요 금연방으로 예약해서 다시 한번 부탁했더니 방에서는 냄새가 안났지만 화장실에서는 배관을 타고 냄새가 올라오는 듯 했어요
