"The hotel has a cosy feel. The ceiling in dining room was lovely. Some of the staff were rude. I was very disappointed that you couldn’t get coffee after 20.45 every night or before 11.30 am."

"As always I was not disappointed ! Made very welcome at Reception and remembered as a regular visitor. All very nice and comforting. The room was warm , the bathroom heated and a really huge comfy inviting bed . Our go to Hotel when visiting Bradford and just off the motorway."

"We had the family room for 3 adults. Room 211. Lovely room extra large king size bed, separate room with bunk beds. Really comfy. View over car park but didn't matter as we were out all day. The hotel has been refurbished since we last went so very modern in the bar / restaurant now. Views of the sea immediately as you go out the front of the hotel. 5 minute walk to the beach. You can use the hotel car park, at the rear of the hotel, which is £8 for 24 hours, from 11am on the day you arrive to 11am the next day. The reception give you a voucher which you use to scan into the pay machine when you leave. Helpful to know as hard to find places to park when busy. Love Whitby, we will be back 🙂"
