"We were greeted with a smile, check in was simple, guest services were friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet spacious and clean..pool and hot tub were great. "

"Parking was fine, pool was clean, bathrooms needed to be cleaned better. Seriously understaffed. We fidnt get bedding for out pull out couch untill 11pm and we were tired breakfast was mid. Lots of cross contamination but a nice staff member got me some freshly made sausage for my kids allergies to eggs. The frost desk lady was nice to me but threatned my guest with a noise complaint that wasnt about our room. And the elevator was broken so we had to walk uo to the 2nd floor. I would stay again but at a different holiday inn express. Thanks"
