“The hotel is in need of a thorough deep cleaning and some much-needed upgrades. There was a hole in the shower wall, the body wash dispenser was empty, and the room was quite dusty.
The front desk staff was pleasant at check in however, they did not provide information about where my room was located or details regarding the breakfast location and schedule until I specifically asked.”
