"Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. The location was very convenient, the staff was very nice (but did not speak english), and the room was spacious for South Korea. "Deeply disappointed with our 6 night stay at The Signiel Tower this past week. Absolutely not a 5 star experience, overall very poor value. The room was very small/cramped. Repeatedly tripped over a small table and chair near the foot of the bed during the night because there was no room to maneuver. Service was extremely indifferent and often lacking. Not once was I offered to have baggage taken, to reception, to my room upon arrival or to my awaiting car at departure. There is absolutely no place to sit in the arrival /departure area when you are waiting for a ride. We were turned away from the complimentary “lounge” in the afternoon on two occasions because it was “full” and told they’d call room when there was space - never received a call. Several times turn down service was skipped, as well as the complimentary afternoon snack. Charging for a toothbrush/toothpaste and other bathroom amenities because they supposedly want to be “more green” is ridiculous at a 5 star hotel asking $400+ per night. Fine don’t put out a disposable item, but if a guest calls down and requests a forgotten item, providing one is the standard even at the cheapest of hotels. Housekeeping did a fine job of cleaning the room; although one day we returned at 4:30pm, having been gone since 8am, to find housekeeping just starting to service our room, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour to enter our room. Simply a substandard “5-star” experience, will not return nor recommend."

"The service provided by the front desk, concierge, and valet teams was exceptional. However, my interaction with Sally was noticeably inconsistent with the hotel’s otherwise high standards. She seemed irritated, frequently cut me off while I was speaking, and responded in a manner that felt dismissive and unprofessional. I hope this feedback can be used constructively, as the rest of the staff represented the hotel exceptionally well."

"Enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was beyond great, and very kind. The King room looked just like the pictures. My only complaint is the specific room I was in felt like that room hadn’t been used in a while. It smelled a bit stuffy or old. The bathroom sink also had a little mold and some kind of tiny white bugs coming out of the back part. With it being a luxury property, I was a little surprised by this, but every property has its moments. Hopefully next time I visit the room accommodation will different. Overall though, the room was HUGE with the king size bed; great location; great staff; city and airport bus stop right in front of the property. I will be back to Seoul soon, and will definitely be back to this property. They made me feel very welcomed🤗"
