チェックインを行う場所の案内がなく途方にくれました

宿泊予約をして、宿泊料金も支払い済みでしたが、チェックイン方法についての案内が18時になってもなくチェックイン場所にたどり着くのに、貴重な観光の時間を浪費してしまいました。予約が見つからないとの説明を受けて途方にくれました。代替宿泊先を手配いただいて事なきを得ましたが、夕日鑑賞の貴重な時間を失ってしまい、とても残念な思いです。
