Hotel sporco e pieno di polvere, tanto da non riuscire a dormire, colazione scadente. Avevamo prenotato 2 notti ma ce ne siamo andati dopo la prima

The hotel is in a remote location relative to Taormina but having a car, we felt that the distance was worthwhile considering the price and the full amenities (large room, lovely view, clean, well managed, helpful in solving our car problem, etc.) The breakfast was a bit skimpy and there was no internet access in the rooms, though there was a computer in the lobby. Good value, pleasant staff and gorgeous view.

Viele Für und Wider

abgelegene Lage Marienbild über und Weihwasserkessel neben dem Bett!?! Kapelle im Hotel kein Ätna Blick dafür aber herrliche Aussicht über den Wald und das Meer (sehr ruhig) bemühtes Personal ausreichend Parkplätze gute Erreichbarkeit des Ätnas umliegende Dörfer ein wenig langweilig etwas schwierig zu finden da schon im Nationalpark gelegen Abendessen sehr günstig und lecker Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund der Nähe zum Ätna und Meer gebucht. Wir haben auch Ausflüge in die Region gemacht und dafür erschien uns Catania als zu unpraktisch sowie laut. Der Ätna war vom Hotel aus sehr gut zu erreichen. Für weitere Ausflüge in die Region wäre aber ein anderes Hotel besser gewesen da man sich über schmale Bergstraßen ewig hinwegquälen musste.

Einsamer Luxusaufenthalt

Einsam, weil wir jahreszeitlich bedingt, scheinbar die einzigen Gäste waren. So konnte das Personal uns ein ungeteiltes Verwöhnprogramm zukommen lassen. Das Hotel liegt für ruhesuchende Gäste im Grünen auf halben Wege zwischen dem hektischen Catania und dem allesüberragenden Ätna. Ideal um den Nordosten Siziliens zu erobern. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend in Qualität und Quantität. Das Personal sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Der anreisende Gast sollte auf Grund der Lage mobil sein.

Il nome dice già tutto..

l'Hemmaus Hotel-l'hotel del bosco.. è un ottimo albergo se si vuole visitare Zafferana Etnea e l'Etna.. infatti il rifugio sapienza dista solo 16km. la struttura non è nuova, anzi un piccola ristrutturazione potrebbe essere fatta.. parlo soprattutto dell'aspetto esterno della struttura. La camera era molto ampia rispetto agli standard dei 3stelle delle capitali europee.. il bagno pulito, la doccia un pò piccola. mi ha entusiasmata molto la vista dalle due finestre della camera.. si ha una vista dall'alto di Zafferana ed inoltre di castagneti e piccoli boschi.. dove d'altronde l'albergo è immerso. La colazione rispetto agli standard, dei sempre 3stelle delle capitali europee non è un granchè.. molto poco varia e non a mio parere di ottima qualità. tutto sommato lo consiglio visto il suo ottimo(rispetto agli altri hotel della zona)rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Ub hotel vicino Catania, Taormina e Siracusa

L'hotel, di buona qualità costruttiva, è immerso nel Parco dell'Etna, ma è vicinissimo a Zafferana Etnea (ci si può andare a piedi), notissima cittadina alle pendici del vulcano e soprattutto è un base di partenza ottimale per visitare luoghi come Taormina, Catania e Siracusa, posti tutti raggiungibili via autostrada in meno di un'ora. Il soggiorno nell'hotel è gradevolissimo e si può godere di un'aria sopraffina, sebbene sia ottimamente e facilmente collegato con gli importanti centri turistici della Sicilia orientale. E' possibile richiedere all'hotel servizi di trasporto da e per l'aeroporto di Catania o per località turistiche vicine a prezzi molto contenuti. Si mangia bene con una cucina tipica siciliana o anche con una cucina internazionale. Il relax è la specificità dell'hotel, che sicuramente aiuta dopo una giornata di escursioni in località tanto belle quanto note! Per chi è interessato, l'hotel offere pure dei servizi religiosi, potendo vantare al suo interno anche un'accogliente struttura ecclesiale, nell aquale il sabato e la domenica viene effettuato il servizio liturgico. Dall'hotel sono facilmente raggiungibili campi da golf e, in inverno, impianti di risalita per gli appasionati dello sci. Un'esperienza veramente unica nel suo genere!

Posto raggiungibile solo in auto e con navigatore...molto addentrato sull'Etna. Camere spaziose e più che confortevoli, bagno pulito. Silenzio e relax. Valutazione complessiva ottima.
