"This hotel is so beautiful and comfortable! The breakfast is perfect and staff customer service was so nice. There even was a pillow menu! Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Location of the hotel is perfect, walkable to everything you’ll want to see. Beautiful stay."

"Check-in was seamless and quick. The bar service was really friendly and efficient. Menu was very health-conscious in mind. Location is excellent, very close to the main square and tourist hot spots and easy to connect to public transit to the train station. Very good value for the buck."

"Overall a nice stay in Zagreb rooms are sizeable. Hotel is well located in the centre with the main square and old town in walkable distance. Breakfast good value when bought in advance. Only minor negative was slow check in process which was apologised for. Will look to stay if in Zagreb again."

"Boutique H.O.H. Is truly a beautiful masterpiece. I have been traveling Croatia for a few months and I can most definitely say this is the best place I have stayed. The staff is extremely attentive and the property is absolutely perfect. I am always skeptical about small properties especially when the photos are so nice online. However this properties photo do not even do it justice. The entire property is impeccably clean!!! Not one spec of dust! (I own hotels trust me this is a very difficult thing to accomplish)!!! The breakfast was absolutely amazing they had everything under the sun to offer. The rooms are very spacious. The showers is superb with great water pressure and great shampoo and soap quality. The bed was extremely comfortable. I could go on and on. From check in to breakfast to the attentiveness of the staff Boutique H.O.H hits it out of the park! The property is situated in the best neighborhood in all of Zagreb. I can’t praise this place enough! And best of all it’s not a corporate operation!!!! The owners truly care about their clients and their property! I will be back next time I’m in Zagreb."
