ca 5.5 km from Zagreb centre ( 10 minutes by bus) but brand new (renovated) free parking, spotless, spaceous room and excellent breakfast

Ho alloggiato presso Hotel Diplomat già 3/4 volte, devo dire che mi trovo molto bene. Ampio parcheggio, stanze spaziose, pulite e rinnovate, colazione a buffet e ristorante ottimi. Consiglio a chi viaggia in auto

Hotel confortável e surpreendente

Hotel surpreendente, parecia um flat com quarto, salinha e banheiro completos. Café da manhã dentro do pub mamma simplesmente completo e delicioso. Funcionários muito antencioso e estacionamento incluído. Amamos! Nós surpreendeu positivamente. Não fica próximo aos pontos turísticos mas estávamos de carro então pra gente foi bem conveniente

Séjour familial, Très bon hôtel, avec de grandes chambres confortables et une salle de bain moderne. Le seul bémol, un frigo pas bien réglé. A part ce détail, je le recommande. Si je reviens visiter Zagreb plus longuement, je reviens dans cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Muy mal. Llegue a eso de las 20:00 pregunte por la cena y me dijeron que no habia restaurante, solo desayuno. El hotel completamente alejado de todo. La habitacion nada del otro mundo. No volvere.

Constructions works Wake you up at 7;00 am

There’s a construction works in the hotel that no one warns you about before or during the checkin. We’ve stayed for 2 nights and we’ve been woken up each morning at 7 am by machines working on site. Not only this but machines been working all day including midday so no one could rest during the day either. Receptionist was rude enough to asks me to pay extra for late check out even though we had the most terrible experience.

The hotel room was a little with dust. Breakfast was not great, we ate at 9:15 and there was not so many food left and they did not refill. Parking is good and free.

Non functional air con

All good except from the air conditioning which was terrible, i think it was worse to have it on than off, so i just opted to open the window. Having a working air con is paramount to me, for that reason i’m leaving a bad review
