"The hotel is located outside city, which was fine because the trams stop is 10 mins walk away & they go in & out of the city all day to lots of locations/attractions in the area. "Customer service was exceptionally good. Room was spacious, quiet and clean with comfortable bed. Only reason to dock one star was the corridor leading to fitness facility at the hotel had strong smell of cigarettes. Hoping the hotel management does something about it for future guests."
