Location is difficult to find as there are two complexes (A & B) with the same name, however they are not signposted clearly at each property or easy to locate on a map. The local manager was not responsive enough and did not provide clear address details so we could find the property and had to contact them. “Der Unterkunft wurde übergebucht und wir wurden angerufen und gesagt dass die Villa nicht mehr verfügbar ist obwohl wir bezahlt haben den ganzen geld und dann 5 stunde warten haben die uns in einer hässlichkeit unterkunft mit armeisen zusammen zu leben. Die villa wurde gebucht für sechs personen und die neue unterkunft war einfach ein zimmer wohnung für 6 Personen, einfach schrecklich. Unsers ganz geld ist weg umsonst. ”
