Wonderful stay
The rooms were comfortable. Definitely the wrong time of year to use the pool, but we reserved the sauna and it was lovely! The gym is well equipped, too. We found out after arriving that we needed to arrange for the shuttle at least 2 hours in advance of when we needed a lift - which was not clearly ...

Average service but best location
It's my first stay in this hotel. It's average hotel with average service. But the location is the best, just in front of the main square of Tirana.

Friendly front desk staff, I arrived earlier and was told to be able check the luggage and will let me in when room is ready. Told me to check0.5 to 1 hour earlier to see if available, I was able check in 45 mins earlier
