"This hotel is old and tired. The welcome was, at best, lukewarm, and the service was generally not good. The room was not well cleaned but there was good air conditioning, which was very welcome. Furniture was old and beds uncomfortable. The phone in the room did not work and other guests were allowed to yell at each other at 3am in the communal areas! Breakfast offer was good. Restaurant was awful - service was poor, food was almost inedible, card machine doesn’t work! They do not sell alcohol and don’t name this in their description. They do offer “mocktails” which are an absolute laugh! Don’t waste your money! Swimming pool was nice but the chairs/sofas around the pool are very dirty. Would not recommend it."

"Beautiful and clean hotel ! Great staff, great location ! The manager Khamis was so kind and helpful especially when we ran into flight trouble and needed to extend our stay at the last minute! I will definitely stay here again!"
