“We stayed in a superior twin room for two nights and had to complain about the lack of hot water in the tub a couple of times. The staff responded immediately to fix the problem, which was nice, but it was difficult to understand why the hotel had a continuous problem providing hot water in the shower. The floor of the room was too dirty to walk on barefoot - my daughter likes to run around without shoes, nor socks and after a few steps we found that her feet were BLACK. This hotel has...

“No volvería!
