"The place is clean and the people is amazing. We stayed when the weather was rainy and cold and we had hard time to get one blanket ( we got only one blanket for two people, who booked two separate beds) . I understand that most of the year is hot but when is cold is not possible to sleep without a blanket "

"It is a “seggs” room! Water heater didn’t work. The towels and sheets were stained and again… this is a “seggs” hotel! So that’s nasty. Nothing wrong with a seggs hotel if that’s what you looking for but if it’s not specified, you could end up booking there with your kid , your mother! Or just walk to an actual surprise when you open the door. Obviously not a “front desk” so we couldn’t address any issue "
