View and location were great. Communication was frustrating as we couldn’t get mobility pass during our stay.

This place was a great experience. I would stay here again.

Wonderful apartment hotel that felt like home with a full kitchen, laundry and proximity to grocery stores. Staff was very helpful.

We stayed here one night on our way from Vienna to the Glossglockner Highway. Front desk staff spoke very good English. Room was lovely with very comfortable King sized bed and a very "mod" bathroom. Breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, homemade bread, cereals, yogurt, breakfast meats and all kinds of espressos, coffee and tea choices. Hotel was nice & quiet. Away from the busiest parts of Zell Am See.

Within a few blocks of the pedestrian streets in the beautiful old town area which is close to the lake. Was able to get one of the five free parking spots.

Great room, fantastic location. Friendly staff, tasty meals. A very good experience would highly recommend.

This hotel exceeded my expectations by far for the price. Very nicely renovated common areas, large, beautiful rooms, nice pool, good breakfast.

Hotel in a quiet area, not in the center of Zell am see but through a nearby bus station is accessible within minutes, not far from the train station, where the cost of a taxi is about €8. available in the hotel restaurants, swimming pool, saunas, massage room, gym. but no refrigerator mini bar.

This place was great. Close to everything in the stunning Zell am See area. The front desk was super helpful and it was great to have a big balcony. The washer/dryer situation was a little fraught and we didn’t have hot water on the last day but the front desk was super helpful. I’d definitely stay there again

The staff who helped check in was so nice and kind. You can get Summer Card if you want. Clean and cozy room with a good sauna are good for us!

parking, room clean, staff very helpful

Staff was seriously the friendliest, most helpful people that we encountered on our whole trip.

Its a new place with everything you neet for a long stay, it feels like home, quite and cozy.

I recommend this hotel for its value, location and cleanliness. The room was small but very functional and the bed was super comfy. I could walk to the Areit lift. Remember this hotel is not in Zell but in Schutthof which is a few KM away but very accessible. Also it is super close to the station to get to Zell am See A few tips: The check in is next door- the Latini so if you arrive late you need to go 2 doors down. Special compliment to the staff - I left a pair of sunglasses in the common...
