Loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! The shuttle service from the train station was so helpful when we arrived (messaged beforehand). We also loved the breakfast and sauna.

The sisters who own this property thoughtfully planned out every amenity. Great decor, delicious breakfast, afternoon refreshments, much more. As an elderly couple the only thing that could help would be a slide out shelf in the nightstand. We loved our stay.

We loved our stay here where staff could not have been more helpful and the boss Sophia led from the front by an example of friendliness and genuine pleasure at sharing the hotel made us feel at home. Breakfast was well worth lingering over and catered for all tastes. The steam room & sauna may not be needed in midsummer heat but we enjoyed the facilities after some serious hikes.

What a wonderful, cozy stay! We stayed 2 nights in the Matterhorn Suite. The views of the Matterhorn from the rooms are breathtaking! The hospitality was remarkable, most notably from Michael! Breakfast was superb and included in the price of our stay. It’s our second time to Zermatt and when we return, we will book again with Hotel Chesa Valese!
