"This property was fronted by the river and close to shopping and many restaurants. Fortunately for me, it was also close to the medical clinic. The staff was kind. They lent me a walking stick and returned a borrowed wheelchair for me. When we had to depart earlier in the morning, they accommodated an earlier breakfast. "Great location, helpful staff, manager SuTang was fantastically accommodating. The hotel has a beautiful feeling and is very comfy and welcoming. Located only 75 metres from the main night market in Zhangjiajie. Would recommend to all. Please be aware that there is a large language barrier and you need to organise your transfer from the airport prior as there is no hotel airport pickup."

"This is one of the better located hotels, and the price was very reasonable. The beds were too hard, but other than that it was perfect for what we needed. The manager was very helpful in recommending our visit to the park."

"The staff was friendly and polite; however, the room was not the cleanest nor the most comfortable. The carpet was pretty stained up and the bathroom only had 1/4 a roll of toliet paper.
