"Great staff, good room and excellent breakfast."

"Very friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast buffet. My only point of improvement is that the croissants had a weird taste and smell of mutton or goat butter."

"The front desk has been extremely helpful. I had problem with my phone at the last minute and I couldn’t call a taxi. Miss Yang who works at the front desk was able to get one for me as I was late to my 20 years school reunion. "A clean hotel with safe and well-equipped rooms. Whenever I go on a business trip to Changchun, I don't waste time looking for a hotel! I love this hotel. :)"

"The room service was excellent. However, the cooking and laundry facilities were not as good as I expected. The breakfast buffet was average."

"The hotel was very close -less than 5 minute walk- from the ChangChun Metro Line 2 NanKwan Station so it was very good for guests to make access to most tour points. But most staffs didn't seem to know how to do their work. I made the reservation and paid all including breakfasts in Korea 13 days before the arrival at the hotel. Just after check-in, I entered the room on the 12th floor and began to unpack, when a staff came up, knocked the door and asked whether I paid expenses. I answered I...
