“Room was clean, little dated and needs upgrading since we are in 2026. The reception floor was nice with beautiful and amazing artisan Moroccan design and furniture. Love it! “Horrible management and rotten service. If you can’t find a better option in this small town, consider instead a day trip from Tangier. They will scam you with their spa menu. Their pool has mold growing on the ceiling. They are nonresponsive and rude. ”

“Excellent hotel. Relatively new. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. 5-10 minutes walk to the ‘blue city’. Great views across the valley. Spacious rooms. I’d stay there again We parked our bikes directly in front of the reception, where there are cameras and a full time night security - so they felt safe. Apparently Chefchaouen is a safe location anyway - we felt that way in the narrow passageways of the medina. Worth a visit. ”
