“Very lovely and accommodating staff. The hotel is well decorated, clean, smells good, great music played in the restaurant, and bedrooms perfect. Only negative comment is the heating. Was too hot for my liking. Tired to turn down the AC and it was broken. It’s hard sleeping on 27 degree bedrooms. Had to sleep with the door open ”

“한번만 찾아가면 찾아가기는 쉬운데 처음에는 조금 헤매였습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 옮길때는 조금 힘든편이고 직원분들은 친절하고 베스프렘성에서 가깝습니다. 조식도 맛있게 잘 먹었고 시설이나 침구도 마음에 들었습니다 추천합니다!”

“After our 17 hours of flight it was a delight to spend our first day in this beautiful environment! Absolutely enchanting, peaceful and quiet! The staff of the hotel and the restaurant were amazing! Unfortunately the weather was terribly hot (went above 40 that day), but when we requested a fan in our room by the time we got back it was delivered. The restaurant was also first class. The food was delicious and the service was beyond our expectations! The waitresses might be young but don’t let...

“수영장과 사우나등의 부대시설이 매우 잘 되어있습니다. 객실 상태도 매우 양호합니다. 아침과 저녁 식사는 뷔페 형식인데 양호합니다. 방에 커피포트가 없는 것이 약간 아쉽습니다. ”

“조식 석식 제공인데 음식 퀄리티가 매우 좋았고 스파와 객실 상태도 좋았습니다. 직원들도 다들 친절하구요. 근데 3박 하는동안 수건교체와 클리닝서비스를 해주지 않아서 매번 리셉션에 말해야 했어요. 그 점 때문에 별 한개를 빼지만 전반적으로 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.”
