“This property is tremendous. Views of the Kato Zacros bay are great from any of the various terraces and gardens surrounding the rooms/apartments. We loved it there but perhaps not best suited for young families since there was no direct access to the beach (short drive/walk away). We didn't go there for sea views but it is a marvellous spot. Great access to the "Gorge of the Dead" for those who want a bit of hiking experience. Would recommend it to anyone looking for something a little...

“Sehr schöne moderne Zimmer, zwei gute Pools jeweils mit Babybecken, kleiner Spielplatz, direkt am Strand und mehrere leckere Tavernen in Laufnähe, das Essen im Hotel (wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen) ist in Ordnung, Auswahl und Qualität könnte größer/besser sein.”

“Freundlich, familiär, sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Zimmer sind sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Für eine 5 köpfige Familie fehlt etwas der Stauraum (nur 1 Schrank im Familienzimmer) und die Dusche ist sehr klein. Als Paar würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen. Die à la carte Speisen sind von sehr guter Qualität und schön zubereitet.”

“Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig und doch ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als Gast des Hotels können am Strand die Liegen kostenlos genutzt werden. Desweiteren hat das Hotel eine schöne Gartenanlage und einen großen Pool mit Duschen.”

“Nice little apartments just a short stroll from the main hub of Makry Gialos. Very clean, spacious, excellent air conditioning and a beautiful lady (Despina I think?) who looked after us and gave us some wonderful home grown organic produce (grapes, apples, pomegranate). Not to mention the raki & delicious cake! We had a really lovely couple if days here ❤️”

“Facilities are new, located in a quiet area, great option if you want a quiet vacation away. The bed very was comfy, the outside pool and private pool in the room ate both great! The staff were very nice and helpful and always smiling. The food menu in the restaurant was overall very good. ”

“Lovely welcome, polite staff. We had a room upgrade to a sea view which was nice. Breakfast was plentiful but as it was end of season the bread rolls and croissants were very dry. The fruit had swarms of fruit flies so we decided not to bother, but there were other options. The pool area looked nice and clean with lots of seating options. It was very quiet, possibly we were there on their last open weekend, not sure. Sound proofing wasn’t good In the bedroom, we could hear a man talking...

“Nice loft with high ceiling situated right by the port and the business district with many waterfront restaurants and shopping stores. It is also very close to the main bus station to Agios Nikolaos/Heraklion. The check-in process was very smooth and easy. ”
