"Normally, it's very good. As an Expedia Platinum member I inquired about my upgrade. I am fully aware that if the hotel is full, they can't upgrade the room but alternatively, they can grant access to amenities such as the VIP lounge, etc. I asked the receptionist if I had access and she confirmed, but when I tried to access the lounge via the elevator, I had no access. This trip it wasn't a big deal because I was out most of the time, but it is the principle of the thing."
