"The room needs an upgrade because the bathroom was so old and the shower doors didn't close so the water was all over the bathroom, it is not a 4 star hotel and was very noisy because the windows weren't sound proof and didn't shut well, there was a club right in front, and the breakfast buffet was so bad"

Depois, ele disse que não encontrava minha reserva. Pediu para eu preencher um formulário e pediu para tirar cópia do meu documento de identidade. Certamente desconfiando na minha integridade. Após mais de 15 minutos, ele solicitou que eu enviasse cópia do voucher da reserva. Eu enviei uns prints do meu celular. Após quase 40 minutos, eu finalmente consegui subir para o quarto. Eu estava acompanhando e foi extremamente constrangedor. Passados dois dias, tenho recebido mensagens via whats do hotel me cobrando, novamente, a apresentação de voucher sob argumento de que enviei apenas prints de tela. Estou achando esta situação toda um absurdo! Um incômodo desnecessário. "
