Apartment was AWESOME. Clean, HUGE, well equipped. James was helpful for check in and check out. Right by the train station. Perfect location. AND what a view!! I would stay here again in a heart heat.

Cleaning happened only once! Although I specifically requested new toiletries products, we didn’t have any refurbishment. Towels and bedsheets were not changed and cleaning was very superficial. We stayed 6 nights and only one time cleaning was offered. For that price you’d expect the same service as in a hotel

The Woz Strikes Again

Very interesting place. Seriously clean and the views were astounding. Service was responsive. Not an ordinary but as long as you can get your own food, this is great. Steve Wozniak is co -founder of hotel ‘chain’.

An sich hätte es sehr schön sein können. Auf den ersten Blick erscheint die Wohnung sauber, modern. Leider war allerdings das Gastebad ungesäubert. Der WC war voll Urinflecken auf der Brille, drumherum und überall. Ich habe die Fotos an den Kundenservice vom Vermieter weitergeleitet. Mir wurde versprochen dass es gleich am nächsten Tag behoben würde. Letztendlich musste der Putzservice während unserem Aufenthalt mehrfach kommen. Was er genau getan hat ist mir unerklärlich. Aber das Bad wurde erst innerhalb der letzten 24 Stunden von unserem 4 tägigen Aufenthalt gereinigt. Da fragt man sich wie so etwas passieren kann? Wir hatten mehrfach täglich Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice und die Fotos wurden auch täglich weitergeleitet. Das lies mich letzendlich daran zweifeln wie gut der Rest wirklich gesäubert ist oder ob es nur sauber ausschaut. Daher können wir die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Positiv zu nennen bleibt die ansonsten geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die Lage. Die Kommunikation verlief stets freundlich. Nur war das Resultat halt bis zum letzten Tag nicht zufriedenstellend.

It's a very clean and modern flat, looks just like the pictures! Perfect location if you are in Zug for business. Easy automatic, check in process so you can arrive at any point = incredibly efficient and good responsiveness from the company throughout booking process. But just like any other apartment hotel, it's just an apartment. No facilities, restaurant or complimentary snacks/condiments in flat, which makes it fairly pricey for what you get. I'd stay here again for business but would look elsewhere for personal use. p.s. good wifi!

High rise apartment

Immaculate apartment right near the main train station in Zug. Spacious with great facilities. Instructions for key collection were easy to understand and the support staff seemed to be very attentive. Highly recommended.
