The location of this property is fantastic and we loved it. Sadly there is a bit of construction in the area but we still would have stayed in this area. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. We loved the air conditioner because my husband and I both run hot at night. The breakfast was wonderful and their staff even better. I highly recommend this property.

Great area, lots of restaurants within walking distance. As of October 2026, they are doing construction on the hotel though and paint smell the morning we were leaving was horrible. Great stay and great room though.

The staff was amazing from start to finish. The two people at the front desk were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the breakfast attendant was just as wonderful and attentive. I also received a complimentary room upgrade, which was beautiful and made my birthday trip feel even more special. Everyone I interacted with made me feel genuinely welcomed. Great service, hospitality, and an overall wonderful stay!

The hotel was in a perfect location within short walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, shops and the lake. The room was very clean and comfortable, and well designed. The staff were always so friendly! Breakfast was lovely and the staff there were so welcoming. They had a good selection of toast, bread rolls, pastries, yogurt, cheeses, cold meats, fruit, cereal, cake and hot options such as eggs, sausages or bacon, and mushrooms. Lots of beverage selections too. Tina’s bar was accessible from one of the floors, which was a really nice place to go before bed and have a cocktail with complimentary nuts/snacks. I’d absolutely stay here again! Couldn’t fault our stay for 3 nights as a first time visit to Zurich.

Staffs are awesome! Nice breakfast and location too! However the room is kind of small. Also the A/C didn’t work. When we were there the building is under construction so pretty noisy in the morning when they started working. The staffs are kind enough to give us some credit.

This place is adorable and in a great location! Beautiful lobby, dining area and room. Would stay here again. If I had to say one small negative it would be that the bathroom needs a little updating. It is a nice size. otherwise we really liked the hotel.
