The room we ended up with was fine, the location is excellent and allowed easy walking to most of the interesting sites and things to do in Zurich. The hotel was unfortunately under construction, the address and sign was cover and therefore we had trouble finding the hotel as there was no signage, and the deluxe room we expected window's were completely covered, and what posed as air conditioning was pretty worthless. We changed rooms, but it was hot and again the air conditioner didn't work and was replaced the following day - still didn't do well and the room was warm to sleep in. Breakfast was a nice offering.

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of the Old Town Zürich. It’s close to everything you need to see within walking distance. They have an excellent buffet breakfast that you can have out on the terrace or inside every day. We would recommend staying here.

Central location. plenty of good food options. The room was clean but small. There was a big AC unit in the room as there is no central air conditioning. every thing was very dated. but easy of location and since it was last day of our trip it was all good

During our 3 night stay the restaurant and bar were not open. The building outside was wrapped in plastic and being prepped for painting. On the second day our windows were tapped with plastic and workers walking on scaffolding right outside at 7 am. Good breakfast and nice staff. It was hot and our room had portable AC that barely cooled the room. Check before you book a stay!

This property is in a great location, you can walk to all the sites and restaurants are out the front door. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and the ladies running the breakfast are the most polite, friendly, welcoming that I have ever come across in all our travels in Europe and Australia
