Great location with easy walking access to all the main attractions. I stayed on the second floor, and late at night I could hear people talking on the street. Other than that, the staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was nice.

Hotel is nicer in person than it is online. Incredibly clean. Front desk was very helpful. Bed was a little thin, perhaps, too firm for me. Breakfast was good, but the attendant was a bit off-putting. No greeting, just grilled me to see if I was a hotel guest. How else would I have gotten to the second floor of the hotel? Otherwise, everything else was 10 out of 10.

Location, location, location. The hotel is located in the heart of Old Town and within walking distance to all main areas. 10-15 min walk to the main train station. Staff was friendly too. There was construction outside the hotel but it's out of their control as we saw construction going on around all over Old Town area.

Staff at this hotel were awesome! As a tourist didn’t speak the language and had never been to Zürich before, they were so helpful! Loved the availability of fresh bean brewed coffee, and the location in the old town. Near a tram stop and Christmas market. Very convenient. Loved it.

We had two stays at Hotel and experienced two different rooms. Both rooms had an unpleasant smell - seemed like the smell was from past cigarette smoking. The rooms were small and did not seem to have great air circulation. The hotel has a great location and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was also good, though the breakfast room was small for the number of guests.
