As usual the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic festive stay. There was a couple of issues that were listened to and promptly resolved by manager Natalie. We really appreciate excellent customer service. Kim & Henrik also really looked after us and our 2 small doggies so well in Saltz restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Merry Christmas to all at the Dolder and we look forward to seeing you soon again.

This property is fantastic- one of our favorite places to stay in the world. The breakfast is spectacular and so is the spa. I love the spa wing rooms overlooking the lake. Lake view rooms are a must and don’t miss a meal at The Restaurant. In our opinion chef Heiko is better than many 3 star restaurants we’ve been to.
