We stayed at the Plaza for a week. Parking was never an issue. It was very quiet. Conveniently located. We will definitely stay again.

Our room was never cleaned although it was requested and the front desk checking us out told us that it's dependant on their staff availability. This was something we have never experienced before. We will NOT be staying at any Caesars hotels in the futre.

As usual. The fridge is not cold at all. Had been giving the same feedback many times but don’t think hotel management will do anything about it. Window cover with dusts. WiFi is not working on the last day 6/May/26. Amenities is good with shopping, cinema and many eateries
