We had a wonderful stay at the Paradox Hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish, the service, the room, and the overall experience. The hotel is incredibly pet-friendly, which we absolutely loved. The only minor note was that the vent in our room made a bit of noise at night while we were sleeping, but aside from that, everything was perfect. We’d happily stay here again.

We were welcome by Basheer. He is very warm & knowledgeable. He is very polite, helpful & consistent.
Our room had a power outrage but were quick to respond. They moved us to another room quickly. We returned to our room the next morning.

It was very average, room was dated the harbour view was of another office building for the price it’s overrated and recommend looking around at other options. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff and room were both amazing! We had an incredibly early flight and not only did they hold our luggage way before check-in, they got the room ready ASAP so we were able to have a nap in the morning and were rejuvinated for the day. It was above and beyond our expectations.
