OK hotel, particularly at the price. Rooms rather small and (at least in my room on 2nd floor) bathroom stand right next to bed. OK for solo occupant but very cramped for 2. Almost no shelf space for clothes, with the only options being high up and consequently dusty. I am 6' tall and even I was struggling use these spaces. Reception on 3rd floor is rather like a travel agency in 1970, with 2-3 seated people behind desks. Not a welcoming experience in my view. Hotel is close to Clarke Quay but separated by a busy road. Getting to Clarke Quay is outside on overpasses. No shops or any facilities around the hotel. Use the hotel restaurant (I did not) or walk to CQ where lunch and dinner are catered for but breakfast scarce.

Elevators wre being renovated, and there were frequently people on them who missed their floor. But just a transitional problem i think. Not enough pool loungers. Staff great. Place nice, location great.

Brilliant hotel to relax in on our return home to Australia from USA. Great staff, super comfortable hotel. We will be back

Iy was in the area where we wanted to.be. Excellent!. We enjoyed the hotel very much.

The bedding quality could be better, and for AC quality too.

Close to the airport ( by train then walk about 10minutes) Lots of food options near the hotel. Saturdays and Sundays are popular with BBQ guests. 24 hours reception Access to the beautiful park from the resort. Will come back for a quick stopover!
