Expensive but worth it!

It was a very nice place to stay!!! Very convenient to everything.

We had a short stay but still loved it

Making customers check in at a Kiosk, rather than with a person welcoming them to the property is unprofessional. The rooms are outdated, without amenities offered at other location in Vegas, and Golden Nugget's use of Time Share employees constantly badgering of guests using well known sales tactics, including a continuous application of not adhering to the word NO!! P s es people off. We're here to relax, and when you haven't even got to your rom, let alone the elevator and you're stopped, is also unprofessional. I won't be staying at the Nugget again

New favourite place I’ve stayed in Vegas. Huge room, two queens deluxe. We were facing behind the hotel though, but you could see the back of the roller coaster, which was more than fine. Could’ve upgraded once more to face the strip, but we were on it better part of the day. Rooms need a little more care in cleaning a.k.a. dusty, headboard, etc. but overall clean restocked daily. Loved that you could get multiple things to eat different price points and variety throughout the hotel and sit at bistro tables located throughout great atmosphere not a gambler so couldn’t say much about the casino. Pool was nice kept up and staff are very friendly lots of kids, but expect that for the price point and theme.

My stay at The Ritz Carlton O’ahu, Turtle Bay exceeded all my expectations! I arrived early and was anticipating needing to wait a bit to check-in to my room, but to my delight, my room was ready AND I received a free room upgrade to ocean view. I almost fainted when I got to my room and saw the view I had from my lanai! All of the staff was warm, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the island and activities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that me and my family had the most perfect experience. The only thing I made note of is that there are people not staying at the property that come to visit, and they try participating in the activities that are exclusively for hotel guests - this happened twice for activities I was attending (lei making and hula dancing). I was surprised that non-resort guests were allowed to participate. That’s what our resort fees go towards, I believe. Anyways, that was minor in the grand scheme of things. This resort and the staff are top notch! I had the best time here and wept when I had to leave. I hope to return someday.
