Staff was fine, it’s not on them, but the facility is nasty and falling apart but still charging insane rates. Quite literally have stayed at $20 a night hostels nicer than this. Go elsewhere.

I wish we had known the pool was going to be closed for a private food and wine event the weekend we were there. That was the reason we booked the aria specifically. They offered use of the pools at sister properties but the pools at the Vdara and Cosmopolitan were too busy with no chairs available. I wish the room rates had reflected a lower price due to the pool being closed, or that they had offered some coupon or complimentary drink etc in lieu of being able to use the pool.
