Wonderful hotel near Shinagawa Station! Highly suggest. This was our first hotel in Japan and was such a perfect landing space. The staff was helpful, the room was well arranged (and roomy), overall facility was perfect for us. AND it was only a short walk to a super busy station, so it was easy to get around! Stay here - splurge on a corner room - start your trip off right like we did!

Staff service was excellent. Room was nice and clean. View of the Tokyo Tower from our room was great. Tried the set course dinner at its Japanese restaurant and the food was disappointing - considering the high price we expected something better.

Excellent hotel with great amenities and grand breakfast spread!
The location is great for train travel and the hotel is in a very safe neighborhood. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. Overall a really good experience at this hotel.
