Very close to train station

This hotel was the only one during our trip across Switzerland that had proper air-conditioning, which made our sleep during an active heatwave bearable. We were also given an extra fan that increased our comfort. Amenities were great. We loved the jacuzzi tub, though at times it was a bit wonky. Breakfast was also great. We enjoyed the wide selection of food and the quality was up to standard. The hotel was conveniently located next to a tram station that made exploring very easy. There were also a lot of restaurant options within walking distance. Unfortunately, the WiFi was a bit unstable. Overall, we enjoyed our staying.

Great hotel and great location

This property really shines - friendly staff, clean, spacious and modern rooms in a very central location. The perfect hotel from which to enjoy and explore Zürich.

I’ve stayed there many times. Always reliable. This time, however, no one mentioned that there was construction going on right next door. At 8am every morning, the drilling started, lasting all day. Not very peaceful.

The property was neat and clean however, initially we had some difficulty in locating the property. Tram station is just 700 meters away which is a bonus. I loved the place overall.

Pros: 5 star amenity rooms, incredibly friendly, multilingual staff, always smiling and accommodating. Cons: Despite how tall the building is, it's very tucked away, misleadingly far from the city centre and difficult to find - even for a couple of taxi drivers I was with.

A basic, no-frills hotel offering the essentials without extras like a mini fridge or coffee/tea-making facilities. The bed was a little on the hard side, but the room was clean and functional. The real highlight is the location—within easy walking distance to the charming old town, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.
