We got to the hotel very early 9:30 am and staff tried to find us a room but none were available. They were able to securely store our luggage until our room was ready and gave us some tips on where to go while waiting for our room. Staff was very nice and helpful with checkin/checkout and arranging a cab for very early morning flight. The pool area was not very nice and got crowded very quickly. The pool is small with very little shaded seating spots which were needed as it got very hot in that area of the hotel. The area the hotel is located is not the best. Tried to walk to Las Rambas street in the early evening and you had to go through a very sketchy area that made us turn around and go back to the hotel. We ended up walking another direction that took us to a beautiful walking area down by the marina. There is a mall located right at the marina that has some nice shopping and free bathrooms on the 1st floor. There is a pay toilet on the ground floor and the gal assisting me told me about the free toilet because my credit card wouldn’t work. I think it would be better to stay right on Las Rambas street.

The only good thing about this property is the location- very centrally located. Rooms very small.

We were delighted with the hotel for its great location. Not the prettiest part of Amsterdam, but super convenient. Just a couple of steps away from the train station, and tour pickup area. Everything was a walk away. The hotel had good breakfast and a couple of places for dinner options. The rooms were modern and spacious, the bathrooms could have been a bit bigger but they were a good size. The rooms we stayed at were very quiet, no noise at all. We did find that a couple of items in the room needed maintenance and some space lacked cleaning. Overall pleased and would recommend for people staying for first time in Amsterdam.

Great location for cruise terminal and access to La Rambla and Gothic Quarter. Breakfast was excellent. Check your sliding glass doors. Many locks are broken.
