The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent. The daily buffet breakfast has lots of different choices including both western style and authentic Japanese food. The menu will change slightly everyday, so you can taste different kinds of food each day.
The only complaint is that they did not have enough servers/busers to clean the tables. We have to wait for a long time to be seated. To make it worse, the seating system that they used is not efficient. You will get a card to be placed on the table. Once you have finished your breakfast, you need to bring the card back to the receptionist. However, there is not many people follow this procedure. People just simply left the card on the table. So others may think that the table is still occupied. I sincerely someone from the hotel would improve this when we visit next time.

Very nice property located close to hisayaodori station, just within 1 min walk from the station. Close to Sakae commercial district. Clean and tidy. The room was typically small so we struggled a bit opening our baggages. Coin laundry was perfect the end time for each washing machine was shown in the room TV.
