Everything was excellent — from the outstanding service to the genuine kindness of the staff. We highly recommend booking the half-board plan (two meals a day). The lunch buffet was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared with great care and offering an impressive variety of options. We were lucky to enjoy a seafood-themed night, which was phenomenal. One of the highlights is the complimentary access to the Aquaventure Waterpark — a fantastic perk for families. The hotel also features a beautiful aquarium that adds to the magical atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like the most important guests in the hotel. Every staff member we interacted with had the best attitude, always going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and happy. You can tell they work with passion and genuine motivation. While the hotel isn’t brand new, it’s very well maintained and perfect for children thanks to the wide range of activities available. I only stayed one night but truly wish I had stayed longer. In short: excellent hotel — I’d return in a heartbeat!
