프런트 직원들은 친절했으며 전반적으로 깨끗함. 다만 오래된 호텔임을 감안해야할것임. 위치는 좋음.

Overall Rating: 3 out of 5 ​The hotel lobby was decent, but compared to global hotel standards, the guest rooms feature cheap finishes roughly on par with a low-end motel. The bathroom design allows light to leak out when used late at night, which disturbs other guests' sleep, and the flooring is made of cheap vinyl tiles. Overall, the room quality is simply substandard. ​As for the service, the lobby staff urgently needs to be retrained in customer service. While they can handle basic administrative tasks without issue, they fall far short of global standards when it comes to proactively identifying and resolving customer inconveniences with a welcoming attitude. ​This level of quality and service might pass in a local market, but it is highly uncompetitive in Times Square, an area saturated with major hotel chains. On a final note, from a management perspective, minimizing capital investment might yield short-term profits, but in the long run, the RIU brand will inevitably be stigmatized as a cheap, low-end hotel. ​I strongly advise you to start over with your employee training on a global scale.

오래된 호텔이지만 깨끗하게 관리되고 있으며 직원들도 너무 친절합니다. 도보 거리에 쇼핑과 맛집이 많습니다.

서비스도 훌륭하고 아주 만족한 여행이었어요

공원뷰 객실이용, 창을 통해 보이는 센트럴파크와 주위건물, 하늘의 모습이 모두 그림같이 예쁘다. 아침, 낮, 저녁, 밤 모든 전망이 좋다. 명품shop이 많이 있는 5번가도 가까워 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 공원산책도 자유롭다. The Met박물관은 공원을 통해 걸어갈 수 있다. 분위기는 고풍스러우나 최근 리모델링하여 깨끗한 편 직원들 매우 친절하다. 특히 한국인 직원 Casey가 소통및 편의제공에 친절하게 많은 도움를 주어 기억에 남는 여행이 되었다. 커피머신, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 물끓일 주전자등 문의했더니 추가요금없이 친절하게 가지고 와서 다 세팅해 주었다. 이 호텔은 필요한 것이 있으면 일단 문의하는 것이 중요하다. 욕실용 가운, 신발도 고급지다. 다음에 또 묶고싶은 호텔이다.

친절한 직원들과 맛있는

호텔이 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 청소해주시는 분도 너무 친절했습니다.

Everything was nice. The security guy Carlos ( I think) was cool and I felt safe with him being there. They don’t play about security. My only concern was the A/C froze and I slept all night without any A/C. I thought maybe the host would have accommodated me but nothing was ever said or done. There should be instructions if you have a problem with the A/C. I was out at the convention mostly. Oh and the kitchen sink clogged up, but I wasn’t using it as much so once I reported it to the hostess, both were fixed expeditiously. Becky was cool- the hostess, the security was cool, the neighbors were cool, the setup was cool. Also, there’s no bedroom television but for some ppl may not be a thing. Other than that everything else was good. I enjoy the convention and my stay.
