Beautifully appointed rooms, Exceptional service. Housekeeping daily with robes, slippers, and bedside chocolates. Great location for walking to attractions. We stayed in the units in the nearby annex, which were incredibly quiet. The Restaurant Pod Vezi was so good we ate dinner there twice during our 5 day stay, using room charge for convenience. It is fine dining at its best. Make reservations to get best dining times. Our package also came with complimentary breakfast at that same restaurant, It was superb. If ever in Prague again, this is where we will stay.

The rooms were amazing. Decor in the old fashioned style was exquisite, felt like you traveled back in time. Beds were comfortable to sleep in! Staff was great! Friendly, helpful. Jana receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious every single day!!! Butler Maksim and Yuri were polite, helpful! Definitely recommend this hotel and if I’m ever back in Prague, this is the only place that I would consider staying at! I would give 10 out of 10!!!!!

We highly recommend The Iron Gate Hotel. This property is ideally located! The city is so very walkable; we enjoyed all the sights from the Iron Gate; our home away from home. We were even visited one night by Elizabeth, the resident ghost.

Exceptional stay in Old Town Prague — warm hospitality and wonderful details Unitas Hotel exceeded every expectation from the moment we arrived. The staff is truly top-tier: genuinely warm, attentive, and helpful at every turn. Check-in set the tone immediately with a welcome drink, and because our package included a bottle of wine, it was already waiting and ready in our room. The room itself was fantastic—huge, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping took great care of us, making up the room daily and leaving two sweet treats behind each day, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location offers a peaceful, quiet retreat in Old Town, and having the police station situated right next door gave the entire property an extra sense of safety and calm. A helpful logistical note for future guests: room keys are traditional physical keys weighted with a large wooden cylinder. The hotel has you drop your key at the front desk whenever you head out and pick it up when you return, which works seamlessly and means you never have to worry about carrying it around the city. An absolute gem of a hotel in Prague—I would rebook here in a heartbeat!

Staff were excellent and very helpful! The word resort misleads expectations. While the room is large with kitchenette, it lacks basic 3 star hotel amenities.
