The room was spotless. The staff was so courteous and accommodating. I was able to get anything I needed, regardless of the time of day. I would recommend the Palazzo at the Venetian to anyone.

We arrived very late and everyone was very nice. The room was clean. The only thing is I wish they told us a little more about what all the hotel has. Things that maybe included. This did not take away from out experience. I would stay here again if we would come back to NYC.
