Flamingos All inclusive Vacations

This was our second stay here at Villas del Palmar Flamingos. As always the room was spotless clean at arrival and during the stay. The staff and bell boys are always so kind and very helpful throughout our stay. Very family friendly place. I will always recommend this place and will be booking our future stays in PV here ❤️✨

Excellent location, decent service from staff. Ours was an all inclusive stay and we enjoyed the hospitality, kids play areas, pool was neatly maintained and drinks were served to the pool Only negative thing to say about this stay is though we had 3 restaurants, dinner wait time was ridiculous at 1hr + and they did not have an option to call/text us so we had to keep going and checking if tables were available,

No open buffet for lunch or dinner, need to sit and wait for the order which is not convenient for someone who needs a bite a food not a full meal that’s also result in longer wait time when you try to get into one of the restaurants Despite of being on an all inclusive plan you need to sign for each and everything you pick, drinks, water, etc.. listing room # , print name and sign on each bill Different wifi access from room to main facility to the flamingo hotel which has majority of restaurants

Room was ok. Staff was ok. Amenities?? Bathrooms few and far between.

We stayed at the BON Hotel over Christmas break with our family—three children (ages 8, 3, and 1) and my 76-year-old mother—and overall had a very positive experience. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made traveling with young children much easier. We appreciated the daily replenishment of water, coffee pods, and the small chocolates—those details really added to the feeling of care and quality. Housekeeping was excellent; the cleaning staff did a consistently thorough job, and the entire property was impeccably maintained. Because of the size of the resort, there is a lot of walking. We rented a wheelchair for my mother, and the hotel was extremely accommodating. Golf carts were readily available and specifically dispatched for disabled guests, which made getting around manageable and stress-free. One of the biggest advantages of this property is that there is so much to do on-site that you truly do not need to leave. The food across the resort was overall very good, and the service was impeccable. Staff were responsive, professional, and available at any time via the service contact system, which made us feel well supported throughout our stay. Our main disappointment was the theme park. The website made it appear as though it would be open, but it was not. The only options within the park area were the Nektar restaurant and the Cirque du Soleil show.
