Nice hotel. Clean, good location, helpful staff. Got lucky with an unusually large room for our 3 night stay

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Staff were wonderful as always.

The room was dusty and some ugly something behind the toilet that looked only half mopped. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom and no coffee in room. For these reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

The suite was great. I loved the city view. It smelled nice and clean upon our arrival. However, I didn't like the fact our room didn't get refreshed until almost 5:00 in the evening. I'm not sure if that is normal or if the staff was running behind. Also during check-in we were not provided with a summary of anything pertaining to the hotel (i.e. location of restaurants, where to find a taxi, housekeeping policy etc.) As this was our firs time in Vegas, there was a lot to take in.

Nice roomy hotel. Could use hooks/rods in bathroom and hallway and more bedding.

Nice room and hotel, the location is excellent to explore the city!
