The staff members held our passports for 2 hours before we were able to check into the room.
They’ve also charged me a ton of extra fees because I was American.
The people at the front desk were really rude.
I’ve tried to explain the situation to him 10 times, and he just kept looking at me and wouldn’t help me.

Clean room but we were charged for a breakfast that was not available. I have asked this to be refunded on Sepember 12th, but it is still outstanding. Be careful with this host.

We had two separate stays at this Marriott a few days apart. This was our first visit to Zurich. Both times the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Small bathroom. 8-10 minute walk from the train station, so very convenient.
