Loved the location. The apartment had everything we needed in the kitchen. Washer machine was a bit hard to figure out since the English instructions were missing some details.

Clean room, restaurant and specialty the staff. There is also the hotel’s location that I loved so much. I have no words to describe how welcoming and helpful the staff (concierge) were with me

Unfriendly (male) staff at the front desk assigned me to downloaded room than what I originally booked and paid for during check in. It was very frustrating experience to correct that with him in hot sweaty day (no A/C in the room, btw) after a long travel day. My room windows were looking down the hotel’s outdoor restaurant with loud people noise. It was hot days, only options to get some cool air was a small fan in the room & opening the windows that resulted outside restaurant people’s noise even louder. Breakfast was good & convenient location but not a happy stay due to the deceiving front desk guy at check in & restaurant noise.

Although we were advised long AFTER booking, that construction was happening, we overlooked that the entrance was impeded. All luggage, and for our cruise was six suitcases. A minor problem. Not many staff but enough to handle all requests excellently. Great hotel location across the street from Tivoli. The quality of the room was our issue. Small and somewhat shabby. Linens and towels were worn. Certainly less than what we expected from a highly rated hotel

Location is fantastic, and the property itself is appealing. I’m very glad I paid up for access to the executive club lounge-it was a great place to begin our day with a fabulous coffee from their top-notch Nespresso machine, or a glass of wine afterwards for free. The room itself could have benefitted from more storage. Sadly, my in-room Nespresso machine was not working. One thing to note-there is no way to get into the hotel without stairs. For most it is no big deal but my wife has mobility issues, so it was a small challenge coming and going. Overall though I enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel is in a great location. Across the water from the main stuff, but it’s a short walk or the free ferry stops there. We had some glitches but they were kind to try to help us work thru them.

The staff and facilities are absolutely amazing. 10/10 A+!!! Wonderful environment. Highly recommend.

Great location close to grocery store and trains

The hotel is so lovely and even better in person. We loved our room and having a little seating area. The hotel staff were great and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
