Loved the legacy pool. The service is great, in particular Ellie who was outstanding. This hotel has everything you want, excellent restaurants, shopping, the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated, pools, gambling (except for poker, they need a poker room), spa and state of the art gym. We like this end of the strip as it has the other resort hotels we like to visit and shop at. Highly recommend this place.

We paid for panoramic view but when We arrived they did not have my room available. They told me I’ll be next night but not.
The hotel gave us a discount for the resort fee but, we didn’t look for the discount, we wanted our room which we paid for.

During our recent stay, we encountered bed bugs in our room and we report the issue. While we were moved to a new room, the air conditioner in that room did not work. We were then asked to remain in the room to file the report and wait for maintenance to arrive and fix the issue.
I respectfully declined, as I had an important meeting to attend, and my family should not have had to spend half the day waiting in an uncomfortable room instead of enjoying their time. This situation was very disappointing and not what we expected. It caused unnecessary stress and disrupted our plans. The receptionist was very understanding and moved us immediately to another room while she asked the security to get our report and pictures in the front so we wouldn’t had to waste more time.
