This is not just 5 stars hotel, but 100 stars hotel. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. Most of all, the manager Ben, he was so sincere, kind, and thoughtful. From the moment of the check in, I could that all staffs and the manager Ben welcomed us sincerely. I really enjoyed every single day during the stay. I could tell all staffs were really hard working and diligent.
We visited Shanghai to celebrate my father's burthday, and the manager offered me a full surprise! Thank you so much, Ben.
The atmosphere of the hotel was also great and comfortable. It was so elegant, yet it made me to feel as if I was in my home. The room was very trendy and clean. The bed was also excellent. I had such a good night sleep. The room was equipped with full kitchen with built in washing machine and dryer. The pressure of the shower head was also excellent. I was so amazed and satisfied.
They also offer light breakfast (bread, juice and coffee) or light Chinese style meal.
If you plan to travel Shanghai and if you don't stay in this hotel, you will regret it.
I really loved this hotel. I would definitely recommend it.
