서비스도 친절했고 호텔도 너무 넓고 쾌적했어요 시내로 나가는 접근성은 좀 떨어지지만 숙박하기에는 최고입니다

The room I was given looked nothing like what was advertised when I made the reservation. The photos clearly showed a room with a beautiful river view, which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Instead, I opened the curtains to find myself staring at trees. I went to the front desk to ask about the discrepancy, expecting at least an explanation or some attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, I was told that if I wasn't happy, they would be more than happy to cancel my reservation so I could go stay at another hotel. I was honestly shocked by how dismissive the response was. Being given a room that doesn't match what was advertised is disappointing enough, but being treated as though the solution is simply for me to leave takes the experience to another level. For a hotel that presents itself as offering a certain level of service and hospitality, telling a guest to essentially "go somewhere else" when they raise a legitimate concern is incredibly unprofessional. Definitely not the welcome or experience I expected.
